Pros
The administrator was very flexible and accommodating with my full-time school schedule. I was able to set my days and time to work and I was also given a choice of students to tutor based on my personal strengths in math/ELA/Science/etc.. Once I had my set of students, I was able to call/text/email at any time whenever I needed help or had a question. I was provided with all materials needed for tutoring as well as a company shirt. In addition, I grew as an educator and have strengthened my passion for teaching and helping others. I really can't say enough good things about my experience working for Ready, Study, Go!
Cons
I truly can't think of any downsides with my experience. Even when there were changes going on, I was never affected as an employee. My one personal downside is not being able to work with more students due to my own busy schedule.
