Pros

The team is stellar, kind, collaborative, diverse, and innovative The leadership truly cares about individuals and the work The work is super fun, always changing and interesting We get to work with some amazing, impactful clients A TON of upward mobility Can't beat the values Comp and benefits are good

Cons

It's very fast-paced and high energy with constantly moving parts so if you are looking for a super chill, high certainty, 1-project job this isn't for you - can be overwhelming It's a super fast growing place, so some growing pains around staffing, teams, and workload (like any startup). But the leaders take great feedback and it's fun to grow with the company!

Pros

There's tons of flexibility, which is great. Everyone knows one another since it's such a small company. There seems to be genuine desire to compensate employees well.

Cons

There is a small group of people who were at the company when it was first opened and, in some cases, it feels like they have made their way to the top without the skills needed to be in those positions. It is awful knowing that a senior leader might act in retribution when their pride/ego is threatened. It is really souring. There is some amount of diversity, for sure, and in some cases there is inclusion, but there can be a shortage of a sense of belonging. There are practices that aren't fair and alliances that lead to backstabbing and which allow the backstabbing to happen unchecked. Some leaders keep their people in the dark making them think everything is okay until there is a rude awakening. It can feel like betrayal. It is really disappointing - especially since "integrity" and "empathy" are two of their core values. They should work harder to practice what they preach.
