Amazing company with vision - Truck Driver Reagent Chemical Employee Review

This company has a great business model. It is nice to have worked for a company that gave back with profit-sharing to employees 401K. They also had an understanding manager who had to deal with multiple terminals. While it may have seemed like he couldn't do anything, he would always listen, and sometimes later on the problem would be resolved. The manager made safety important which I very much respected as it is an Haz-Mat company. Having a dedicated schedule was a big plus as truck driving goes. There was also a fair amount of diversity inside and outside the office.
