Absolutely terrible - Project Manager Reagent World Employee Review

Never boring here, work is always fun and challenging throughout the execution of many different type of projects. The employees are all friendly and contributive to the workflow, and the work environment is very friendly. The managers here also bring in food occasionally, and the fridge is typically filled with food for employees to eat and enjoy while working.

Need faster laptops / computers. Laptops tend to take some time to load up each morning

Strict 8-5, m-f. Predictable hours and schedule. Nothing more, nothing less.

Have to deal with the owners/management who are not there to complete successful projects, but instead are there to demonstrate micromanagement, undercut everything (specially where it doesn't make sense), and run projects into the ground because of lack of knowledge of actual construction practices.
