Pros

Work ends at 5:00 pm. Multiple food options and a Starbucks in the corporate plaza area. None other than that.

Cons

Hostile work environment created by owners constantly yelling at each other or at staff. They have a "Seagull" management style. The two owners often give conflicting instructions. Always on the edge of failing contracts due to the owners not knowing anything about general contracting. They like to play hot-potato with the projects by pulling them from one project manager and giving it to another project manager on a whim. They always believe they can source the material or labor cheaper which ends up with poor quality product and very long lead times or hiring locals to complete the job without the necessary certification(s) required by the contract. Owner constantly winning bids on new projects without knowing the full scope which ends in projects being way under bid, often on the order of tens to hundreds of thousands of dollars under, which forces them to make up a fake reason to back out. This is due to one of the owners not taking the time to read the project requirements and he views the business as "gambling" - his words, not mine.

Pros

Never boring here, work is always fun and challenging throughout the execution of many different type of projects. The employees are all friendly and contributive to the workflow, and the work environment is very friendly. The managers here also bring in food occasionally, and the fridge is typically filled with food for employees to eat and enjoy while working.

Cons

Need faster laptops / computers. Laptops tend to take some time to load up each morning

Pros

As soon as Daniel and Lucy leave everyone relaxes

Cons

All of the negative reviews on here are true. Micro management, dishonesty, cheap bids, being reprimanded for seeking help from co workers, zero training, mgmt arguing with each other in meetings, horrible office culture…this may be the worst job I’ve ever had LOL!
