Pros
The Broker/Owners are not greedy (unlike many Broker/Owners, and want their Salespersons to maximize earnings by needing to pay only a minimum monthly contribution to office overhead expenses. Also they deduct as little as possible for administration costs from each commission check. Yet the training support they provide is second to none.
