Made me appreciate working for Uber Eats and GrubHub...I make more money and get paid instantly.
Cons
Think about it...you're going up to people's houses (who supposedly owe money to the bank) to take pictures and leave a notice on their door. I only did about a dozen, but I can see the potential outcome where someone sooner or later is going to not like it and threaten my safety. $5 isn't worth getting shot! Keep in mind, after you're done in the field taking pictures, you have to fill out a report of about 500 questions (Is the grass cut? Is the roof leaking? etc.) and about 500 more questions if you had to do an exterior AND interior inspection (for the same $5) with the pictures to support. Took me about 4 hours to complete 3 houses 50 miles away within a mile from each other. Red flags arose when a homeowner came out and told me she has no mortgage, it's all a scam, and I was the 3rd person she had to chase away in a month.
