- Spiritual leadership from Lead Pastor as well as pastoral staff is excellent

- No consideration of personal employee goals
- Decisions made by upper management resemble ruthless business decisions instead of ministry focused compromises
- No opportunity for growth/promotion despite many attempts from employees company wide to create structures that allow for expansion of teams.
- All areas are over worked with no approval for onboarding (not just during covid season)
- Extremely poor budget decisions led to employees being the first to be cut (not just during covid season)
- Poor vetting of higher level managers/directors which has led to incredibly high turnover of lower level employees due to mistreatment and disrespectful work environment
- Run like a corporation not a church
