Pros

Dogs and Cats can save you from this toxic company. They have a big screen to show Sologan's work as a pack' & 'lead with passion'. Obviously, they want what they are short of.

Cons

Before I joined the company, I came across a review on Glassdoor where someone wrote, “The managers here will stab you in the back.” At the time, I brushed it off, thinking surely that wouldn't happen to me. But now, I deeply regret not taking that warning seriously. In all my years working in Australia, this is the first time I’ve ever had to use the word “toxic” or “malicious” to describe a company’s leadership. Over the course of just one quarter, around two-thirds of the staff here have changed — the faces are all new. I wouldn’t be surprised if you've seen the same thing I have: every time you send an email, you get an automatic reply saying “X is no longer working at RPF.”I think that alone says everything.

Pros

Great location, close to public transport. Pet-friendly work-space. Pet Parents Leave is fabulous. Working environment is friendly, green plants in the office. Free coffee and good quality snack. Monthly lunch created opportunities for cross functions' informal chat. Supportive management. My manager and other function heads had no hesitate to share their knowledge and experience, appreciated. Cross functional collaboration is common here. Open door policy. It’s impressive that all the senior management incl. CEO, CFO, COO are approachable to anyone. Employee physical and mental well-being are both cared. Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is available to everyone. CEO emailed immediately to all staff when there were any events that may impact employee mental health (e.g. Bondi shooting). Normally I received HR standard emails in my previous life if similar situation. Talked about CEO, Germaine is the only CEO that I experienced in my career that cares about everyone in this company. She knows everyone’s name, and chat to everyone in the kitchen, impressive. To me and my team, we have visibility on company strategy and other big things, some may not directly or immediately impact us, but we were informed.

Cons

Two sides to the situation. Sometimes management gives several chances to people who don’t follow the rules, and that can create challenges for others.

Pros

Having dogs in the office, provides some relief from the political stress

Cons

The company suffers from a severe lack of integrity, honesty, and accountability at all levels of leadership. Team members regularly resign without another job lined up simply because of the way they are treated, which speaks volumes about the toxic culture. The CEO does not provide sound plans or strategies. Even when a direction is communicated, it changes within days or weeks, leaving teams scrambling to adjust. This erratic leadership creates instability across the business and has a damaging effect on both employee morale and mental health. Due to chronic under-resourcing, employees are forced to work excessively long hours. Those who remain often experience severe burnout, further perpetuating a cycle of stress and high turnover. This is not a sustainable way to run a business, nor is it a healthy environment for employees. The culture is toxic, turnover is high, and the impact on mental health is severe. This is not a safe or sustainable place to work.
