Pros
There is a variety of different aspects to the job and room for advancement in other department's as well. I witnessed the company grow rapidly and moved into various positions accordingly. You are given a goal and you have a private cubicle to work quietly. My co workers were all very friendly and funny so the atmosphere was easy going. Coming from a real estate backround that was quite strict with dress code, I appreciate the business casual dresscode allowed here. The management has an open door policy and takes suggestions. I have seen the staff training transform with growth and new hires are provided manuals along with a week of training.
Cons
You must have the ability to multi task as this is a very busy occupation. There are many small tasks to complete and you are asked to work independently. You must be organized if you want to keep up. There is also alot of growth so there is constant changes. This is a research based business and accuracy is very important, which can stressful.
