- Great culture and team atmosphere! Everyone works hard and works together. - Management has committed to "People" (employees) being the #1 most important Asset to the company. - Solid growth over the last 2 years and the New Product launch have created a lot of excitement in the office. - Food! So far this year we've had Burger Day, Beef Dip day (the chef's sandwiches are truly outrageous), Taco Day, Pancake and Bacon Day, and on; it seems like every month some time of food event is hosted/brought in. - Management also stocks the kitchen with food and snacks for breakfast or lunch - Opportunities for advancement for those willing to reach for it. - Management is well structured. - Benefits are above average for a similar sized technology company - Leadership is engaged and invested in continuing to make RTN a great place to work.

Very Busy - Priorities can constantly shift which makes work challenging if you are not organized or prepared.
