Best Job in Medicine - Neurologist Real Time Neuromonitoring Associates Employee Review

Having been at RTNA for four years now, I have found everyone to be highly supportive, professional, and friendly. The physicians in the group are wonderful to work with and really watch out for each other. As the group continues to grow, I am continually reminded that I made a good choice in joining RTNA as a full time physician.

The cons are nothing specific to RTNA- in general telemedicine for intraoperative monitoring can be an exceptionally challenging field.

The physicians are intelligent

Management is awful. Nepotism in full force-meaning specific people in upper management are unskilled, under-qualified and not mentally stable. Horrible leadership resulting in unproductive teams with a lot childish behavior.
