Pros

None. Complete night shift if you like it then it is pro for you.

Cons

They would hire you for RTR and deploy wherever they have vacancies. You will have a monthly connect with HR in probation you can't achieve they will kick of you. 5 to 6 members with be layed off within 6 months. If they don't have projects they will move lay off without compensation else they will move to PIP and they will give 15 days(calendar days not work days)of time. Never join this type of company they would accept 2 months notice period get another offer use this offer letter as just backup.

Pros

RealFoundations invests in employee knowledge and collaboration. Viva Engage allows practitioners to share what they know, ask questions and get immediate, knowledgeable answers from colleagues. They host weekly forums (open to all company) to continue knowledge expansion of specific technologies, processes, sectors, etc. The HR team promotes engagement with monthly virtual workshops and team building exercises... Great place to work and feel supported and valued.

Cons

Performance review process can be tedious.

Pros

I had the pleasure to do an Internship at RealFoundations at their New York office this past summer. It was a great learning experience since I got the opportunity to work at the clients site along the RF team the whole summer. From the first day at RealFoundations, everyone made me feel welcomed and part of the company. I learned so much about the real estate industry, about technology and about business consulting. A great thing about RealFoundations is that there is no limit of how much you can learn, since they have their own set of educational tools that everyone within the company can use. They also have their own methodology, along with a set of internal processes and standards, which makes it easier to understand what stage of the project the client is at. I recommend the internship program to any student who is pursuing a business, real estate or technology degree.

Cons

Greater amount of travelling if you are working in business consulting, and there could be more work at different stages of the project. But I think this is a good thing because you have more opportunities to learn, and you feel you are an integral part of the team and the project.
