Pros
Like going to business school in a compressed period. Among the best colleagues I've ever worked with, even though we were all glad to be out of there. The location in downtown Seattle puts the company in the heart of the city, with great amenities nearby (parks, Pike Place Market)
Cons
Rob and Rob-impersonating managers; would be Rob-minions. The internal politics are brutal, and the glass ceiling is full of shards left over from the non-white guys who tried to survive there
