      Great place to be...I was new to Greenville when I started working at RealOp and being a part of this team helped to make the adjustment to a new city more bearable. Coworkers are like family and have years of industry experience - I've learned a lot over the last couple of years.

      Cons

      None - Partners and upper management have quickly addressed any issues that have come up

      A real team environment. I feel like a valued employee by constant affirmation. Very generous compensation and benefits. GREAT work/life balance.

      Entrepreneurial environment with lots of talented people. They look at a lot of interesting deals. Company culture is laid back and people are fun to work with.

      Employees are underpaid and poorly managed.
