Pros
The people you work with are great.
Cons
The company is trying to go public again. They are looking to do anything they can to cut costs and appear in a better financial position. They are also currently being investigated by the FBI and DOJ. Their AI revenue management service is being linked to rental price inflation in large markets where up to 80% of the marketing is using the service. One of their largest clients Cortland Management was raised by the FBI due to potential collusion with others who use the service in their markets. While these things are happening, the CEO announced that 4% of the company will be laid off as of July 1st. Can't help to think its all related. Internal promotions have slowed down considerably or stopped completely. If you have thoughts of advancing your career within a organization, this is not the place for you. There is re-orgs constantly making it next to impossible to know what's going on. For a company that prides itself on being 100% remote, they are unwilling to provide adequate pay for those who living in more expensive areas in the country. They are constantly demanding more and more from their employees while doing nothing to reciprocate and show gratitude for the hard work. Culture is lacking. You may be on a cool team, but overall its a every man for themselves attitude.
