The owners are by far the most generous, warm, and caring individuals that I have ever had the pleasure of learning from. They are available at all times for guidance, mentorship, and to help in any way they can to help you succeed at your job. They genuinely want each and every employee to succeed and will go out of their way to provide support, give advice, and cheer you on. They give selflessly to the company, to charity and the community, and are laser focused on creating the best environment and company that they possibly can. They are truly excited for the team's success, appreciate hard work and it is apparent on a daily basis. The company offers high commission splits and the ability to change your life in a very short amount of time. There is an unlimited vacation policy, 20+ company paid holidays a year, and tons of other perks including frequent employee appreciation events, lunches, happy hours, etc. It is a close-knit, collaborative team that is genuinely excited and passionate about the overall success of the organization.
