I would not recommend working here, especially in the engineering department. The team is largely made up of recent college graduates with minimal real-world experience, which often leads to mistakes and a lack of accountability. Newer employees are frequently blamed for issues they did not cause. The culture is extremely cliquish; if you are not part of their social circle or do not participate in activities like surfing, you may be excluded from key projects and spoken about negatively behind your back. The engineering manager, who is also the CEO, is not located on-site. As a result, employee contributions often go unrecognized, and toxic team dynamics are allowed to continue unchecked. There is also ongoing tension between the engineering and production teams, making collaboration difficult and fueling a hostile work environment. In my 15 years of working at respected companies like Tesla, Google, Meta, and others, I have never encountered such an unprofessional and toxic culture. This is not a workplace that supports growth, respect, or teamwork. Proceed with caution.
