Consistent hours, I was in a department where I got to learn a new skill

Some of the most unorganized, chaotic management I've ever seen. Communication is incredibly inconsistent; you'll have a department lead give you instructions, only for a shift supervisor to come and contradict that with incorrect information. Many supervisors were close friends, along with the production workers as well, so many rules are selectively enforced. Believe the others who say that this place is full of nepotism and favoritism. I didn't believe the reviews, and I regret ever taking this position. I was injured while working here, and the situation was bungled from start to finish.
