It’s great to hear that you have found the flexible working environment and workload to be positive. We hope that the introduction of our CRO and CPTO demonstrate our commitment to enhancing our commercial focus. We have also provided recent training for our GTM functions and welcome feedback from all areas of the business on how we can enhance our product offering. Please do speak to our Product team to share any new ideas for features / use-cases etc. We are proud of our 20-year heritage and are always looking to develop and launch additional features and add new complementary technology (e.g. RPort). We are confident that the market for our software is vast and we look forward to adding valuable new customers to our growing customer base. As a scaling business, it can sometimes mean that the direction pivots which can lead to the Company direction seeming unclear. We have a clear strategy in place for the next 3 years and beyond and are sharing this information to aid understanding. We undertake salary benchmarking annually and the comparative data we’ve collected supports that we pay employees fairly.
