Lots of potential but needs change - Anonymous employee RealWear Employee Review

Highly toxic environment. A lot of the “positive” reviews here were added by people at the request of the CEO or because the HR team is trying to bring up the ratings. I think it could get better if the management team changed their approach or new management was brought in.
