Cons
I would suggest being very cautious about taking an offer from this company without an exit plan. - The work environment is toxic as the top management lacks integrity and is incapable of self-awareness. - They have a habit of holding payments to partners. - They usually ask for free services from partners or commit a "future payment" and never fulfill them. - They have a long record of forging documents, or at least providing untruthful information. For instance, they claim the company's headquarters in San Jase but it's not. The only office is in Taiwan, Taipei. San Jose is only an address and an email they paid for. - The annual salary raise is 0% to 2% at the top if not negative.
