Pros

The marketing team deserves a shoutout, not because of management (who would turn it into a poultry farm), but because of 3 people competent enough to keep the ship from sinking. If you're a marketer, you’ll learn. The exposure is solid. People are good. Promotions and hikes? It's good, but only if you slog endlessly. (Still wouldn't call it an ideal place for women since they're asked to be in 3 different cities at once without taking any ownership of their well-being)

Cons

I’m wrote this after being ghosted for 8 months by HR team over my F&F settlement. So yes, I may be biased, but only the way the sun is biased toward rising every day. This place is a circus, and it's generous because at least real circus performers entertain. Here, no one knows what’s going on, including the 10+ decision-makers who specialise in confusion. L&D team creates 70-page PPTs explaining why dogs pee to mark territory to help freshers sell real estate. If that logic shocks you, welcome. At Realty Assistant, logic defies common sense the way South Indian movies defy physics. Micro-management, favouritism, autocracy, salary delays? No surprises. Ample reviews are saying it all. However, I'll decode their modus operandi for you: Hire tier-2 freshers → Dazzle them with sponsored awards, paid PR and selective incentives → Squeeze out a few sales → Terminate to save costs. Repeat. P.S. Don't fall for their 'GREAT PLACE TO WORK' certificate. Give me money & I'll get it for you too! For all its cons, I genuinely feel for the founder. But when management says F&F isn’t a priority, you know exactly who let the dogs out.

Pros

Dynamic work environment with strong exposure to real estate sales and client handling. The team is energetic, targets keep you driven, and there’s significant scope to learn negotiation, communication, and deal-closing skills quickly. Growth opportunities are visible if you perform consistently.

Cons

Processes can feel unstructured at times, which may be challenging for those who prefer clarity and routine.

Pros

Good learning environment for professionals.

Cons

Salary payments were reportedly delayed in some cases, causing financial stress. High-pressure sales targets with constant performance monitoring. Work-life balance can be poor, especially in sales roles, with long working hours. Six-day work week or extended shifts may feel exhausting. Management policies can sometimes feel strict or target-driven. Incentives and appraisals may not always match workload expectations. Internal politics and pressure from senior management were concerns for some employees. Job security may feel uncertain due to aggressive performance standards. Limited flexibility for personal time or leave in certain departments. Employee concerns regarding compensation structure and reimbursement have been noted.
