I’ve worked with this brokerage on the Zillow Flex team. The biggest perk is leads—they are provided to you, which helps keep your pipeline active. That said, the lead quality and price points vary quite a bit, so expect to do a lot of qualifying and follow-up work.
Cons
There’s no base salary, so it’s fully commission-based, which can be tough if you’re just starting out. Support is available if you ask for it, but mentorship is limited, so this setup is better suited for agents who are already self-motivated and have a good handle on working leads independently. Overall, it’s a solid opportunity if you’re looking to plug into a lead system and don’t need heavy guidance to close deals.
