Employees tend to stay for many years. There are some unique experts in the fields of cyber security from whom one can learn rare and precious knowledge.
Cons
As a startup, though very well established and stabled, the processes are very agile, dynamic and require ability to adapt on a daily basis - might not be everyone's cup of coffee ;)
