Prevalent hire-and-fire culture, leading to instability and insecurity among employees. This creates a lack of trust and morale within teams. A lack of openness to constructive criticism, with the CEO often disapproving of negative feedback. This discourages honest dialogue and hinders improvements in management and processes. Communication from leadership is often unclear, leading to inefficiencies and confusion in project execution. Many of the positive feedbacks shared publicly seem to be fabricated, possibly to paint an overly favorable picture of the company. Micromanagement is taken to an extreme, with managers excessively controlling daily tasks, which stifles employee autonomy and slows down progress.
