Pros
Reasonsoft is the company since years firstly based in Nashua, NH. Its like almost the same as how a new company would be and provide openings for employees like rest of the companies. Reasonsoft now got shifted to Dallas TX.
Cons
No one can decide any downsides. There are many factors which should be considered. There are many such factors which favor some employees and some which do not favor so is considered as downside, hence should not conclude stating. Its a very much like theory of relativity.
