Pros

- Bucketloads of very smart, very pleasant colleagues, making arguably the best games the studio's ever made - Completely independent, stable and sustainable. Probably as solid a job as you can get in UK games atm - Delays games rather than mandating crunch - Has listened to staff, invested in the HR team and offered great new benefits packages over the last few years including private healthcare, life insurance and other stuff - Supports staff experimenting outside their disciplines or moving to new roles altogether. - Tends to promote from within. A lot of the junior designers on older Sniper Elite games are now leading the next project, for example. I've also seen junior QA staff move on to design, production and GUI roles. - very close to the train station and some bus routes - lovely Summer and Xmas parties with the afternoon off. Well, we used to before the virus :(

Cons

- If you're looking at the Oxford office you'll likely know about the costs of Oxford, the commute and the limited parking at Rebellion. Train is the way forward. Warwick, Leeds and Runcorn probably don't have these issues! - Some internal tools/software are used because it's the Rebellion way/legacy rather than the best. - No windows on the main Oxford floor!
