Pros
- Very good work-life balance - Nice people to work with - Oxford is a nice city - HR department is great - As an artist, great creative freedom - The photogrammetry pipeline is very great and it's such a pleasure to be able to work with nice scans
Cons
- The internal engine is 10 years late rendering-wise. It's such a pain that it really shadows all other issues I could list. - Oxford is so expensive - The leads don't lead anything at all, and you have to work on your own with zero feedback. It's also the case for previous employees which leads to chaotic projects with things that should have never been approved. - The overall lack of ambition of the company. Most games are the same, and clearly, it fits them to do derivative games as long as it sells enough.
