Cons
Horrible culture, micromanagement. Management who should look after their teams shame people for their disabilities. Gaslighting runs rampant. You get hired for a job but once you move/relocate you find out things are very different and without the prospects they sold you in the interview. Dismissal out of the blue without any prior complaints about your performance, one day you are going amazing, the other your perfomance is lacking and you have to go and have to pay back relocation and visa costs. You are discouraged to talk to anyone outsite your own team. You can't talk to HR either as they are nothing but a payroll department with no interest in your problems at work. If you do talk to HR, even if to make improvement to work environment, HR disclose to management. No one trusts you and you are treaded like an intruder from the start no matter how hard you work and the good the quality of the work is.
