Pros
-Great people to work with (very friendly and outgoing co-workers) -Good salary -Only the Art Director is friendly (Takes and gives good Feedback) within our team only. -Good work Environment
Cons
-Office politics often get in the way -Sometimes you get a hint of bad news coming out of no where (from the higher ups) -The owners are against the employees under them (even though it seems they are with the team 100%) -Hr are nice but feels like they are against you (after the Director fought to keep me on the team)
