Pros
Recapped already has a tremendous product and their pipeline of features that are under development are even more incredible. Customers love the product, the interface and being able to manage their deals more easily; they are seeing HUGE results with their clients, so that feels amazing from a customer-facing perspective. The product provides a ton of value across sales automation, content management & content activation, proof of concept management, tasks & next steps for enterprise deals and more. Again, customers REALLY love it and grow into the product as well. We just dont have any bad customer calls for those that see the value in the product. The leadership is incredible as well. CEO Mark Fershteyn and Ujwal Battar are true visionaries and give every day 100% no matter what, for their employees and their customers. The leadership is ride-or-die and the early success of the business shows. They also opened an office in NYC and the office culture and location are great as well. They will give equity for most roles and because the business is growing so quickly, if you emerge as a leader/skilled person in your position, there will be leadership opportunities for you ahead for sure.
Cons
Recapped is not for the faint of heart. The leadership expects a lot out of their employees but they are giving 110% or more, even right along with you, and the success of the business shows. I don't know if this is a con but more of a warning for those who are just looking for another job or to be another employee or cog in the machine. Recapped is not hiring for those folks, they demand excellence of their employees, and anything less will not end up being a good fit. But if you thrive in environments like this and like being given new opportunities, bringing up ideas to help grow the business, you will love it and have a lot of success here.
