Never seen a place so poorly ran - Phone Operator Recharge Clinic Employee Review

Management is something that is nonexistent and incompetent. They have made so many different management roles for individuals that know nothing about the company. Employees are not heard or listened too. Communication is a lack of and like a childish game of telephone where it gets twisted and word played on purpose. Concerns brought up to management that are under the owner -get word twisted by the management team as they express them to the owner which then results an employee being screamed at in her office because she can not effectively communicate. They make you believe that they are your friend and stab you right in the back. Sure it’s fun to pop bottles on a Saturday night for work parties where she gets elaborate decorations and a DJ and food and everyone looses all professional integrity but come Monday morning you will be back to nothing and mistreated and over worked. Working there you will question everything you do! Like should we be doing this? When it comes to scheduling you have no idea who can do what. It’s different every week of what someone can perform on the schedule - They have Medical Assistants doing Ivs , They have no posting of license in the clinic. They have random staff performing esthetics , there’s like 8 different “weight loss” coaches but it’s never consistent of when someone is a nurse or a weight loss coach - it’s chaotic - A professional work environment is one that results in a workplace full of highly competent, respectful, mature, organized and accountable employees and managers working towards a common goal. Unfortunately Recharge has lacked highly in executing this process. Especially, when you have employees working very diligently to build your clinic and management including the owner is in her back office making fun of her employees and staff, tearing apart their physical appearance- the girls have even mentioned she’s back there saying well that is why she works in my call center or she’s not in the front because that employee doesn’t meet her beauty standards. If it’s not your face it’s your weight.
