Pros

- Great work / life balance in R&D - Good benefits (e.g. 401k matching, summer hours, good health insurance, stock options, etc.) - Good for career starters, as experience outside of rb is entirely neglected, and recent grads are valued in the same way as experienced professionals - Great maternity leave policy

Cons

High job rotation, once you've been in your job for a day you are considered "expert" once you've been in your job for a year, they'll rotate you to do something entirely different and yes... consider you as an "expert" after a week in the new job. Not a real big surprise that nobody actually knows what he/she is doing. High density of middle managers who: - micro manage - only convey & distribute information/orders from manager +1 - do not make any decisions - will not ever (never!) challenge marketing or their own superiors - do not know their job either RB has recently introduced a couple of additional layers of "leadership", which makes the decision making process non existent All in all, rb is continuing its downward spiral...and has not hit rock bottom - YET Sub par compensation in R&D

Pros

Feel that the pay is above market standard for similar roles.

Cons

Intense, cold, cut throat. Feel like when you speak with any employee they’re burnt out, Managment beyond demanding. High profile brands, don’t align with low end culture.
