-salary, bonus system, company trips, parties - international environment -cool brands to work with - nice office - flex work time - you can shape your role, - no particular processes and expectations from you
Cons
- Complete disorganized company -very tactical decisions for a short term profit only - no strategic or sustainable thinking - very demotivated collegues - not creative work environment, "you are not suppose to use your creativity here" - direkt quote of one of my bosses. - -
