Pros

ABMs are given responsibility from Day 1 and are held accountable from that point onwards. Regardless of level, employees are considered an essential part of the team and are expected to contribute to the growth of the business. I've never learned as quickly as I have on the job at RB! Also, RB has strong, dynamic brands that offer ABMs the opportunity to be involved in everything from execution to strategy. Not two days are the same yet they are all fast paced and exciting.

Cons

The culture at RB is strong and not everyone identifies with this type of environment. It is fast paced and decisions are made quickly. For that reason, employees must think on their feet and adapt to change. All opinions matter and all employees are considered key members of the team so if you are someone who hides behind a boss or does not want to be held accountable this early in your career, RB is not the place for you.

Pros

Feel that the pay is above market standard for similar roles.

Cons

Intense, cold, cut throat. Feel like when you speak with any employee they’re burnt out, Managment beyond demanding. High profile brands, don’t align with low end culture.
