Challenging place to work - Anonymous employee Reckitt Employee Review

If you're not in the UK or Parsippany in the US, you're not valued. Those that were part of the Mead Johnson acquisition were not recognized for their knowledge and experience. They were asked to just suck it up and do it the "RB" way. If their jobs were not eliminated, many have left. It's a large organization that doesn't know how to make people feel involved, engaged, and appreciated.
