Good relationships among colleagues, nice environment, good learning opportunity (if you are independent learner and are observant), competitive staff benefits.
Cons
Lack of guidance, you need to figure out a lot of things yourselves. No mentorship. Poor appraisal system, which only goes top down, strong focus on hierarchy, leadership has a great disconnection with people at bottom of hierarchy, very messy workflow, lack of career development even if you are driven and talented in the field, lack of trainings, decisions often go top down.
