Pros
the employees are informal and the company not much hierarchical - you can reach out to pretty much everyone in the organization and will try to support you. you own your role and you are encouraged to find your ways to manage your work and to introduce your changes to processes. you learn a lot and fast as you are thrown into things and need to figure out how to navigate them
Cons
-very short term focus -lack of processes, everyone introduces their own to cope with the lack of process. -most of times inexistent onboarding can make it really stressful for new joiners. -positions tend to be understaffed leading employees to work longer hours or find shortcuts. High employee churn rate. In the last years, the company has undergone through several organizational changes which has put a lot of pressure on resources.
