Pros
Opportunity to gain lots of experience. There is ample access to senior mgmt as they are very lean. Especially as compared to P&G and other CPG companies. Leading brands Strong track record of global growth. Compensation is good due to difficulty in attracting talent.
Cons
Will sacrifice brand equity for the sake of saving costs and driving growth. Employees are not considered assets, they are just cogs in the wheel that can be replaced. Due to difficulty in recruiting, middle managers have limited experience and are only concerned about themselves. Most employees are miserable leading to a toxic culture. No Canadian back office support (they were terminated in 2009). Bonus targets are very difficult to reach
