In addition, a lean structure also means a lot of visibility to the senior management, as people are constantly in the spotlight. It's a place where you can express your opinion freely, and if you don't agree you can say it. You can really make a difference and your work really matters.
Cons
People focus more on the "what" and less on the "how" as short term results are still too important. It's not a company for everyone as you can play this game only if you are completely dedicated to the company - work life balance is for sure challenging. The fast pace is something to be considered carefully - again, is not for everyone.
