      Pros

      Fast paced work culture. Tons of exposure in most departments. Which is great if you’re looking to grow in your career. The people in the company is what makes Reckitt special. There is a gym on site, and the health benefits are very progressive even including surrogacy benefits if needed!

      Cons

      While there are tons of growth opportunities the company is fairly lean making growth planning a challenge for some.
