      The culture: everything is focused upon helping people be themselves, feeling empowered and trusted to take the right decision. It's an international stage for a lot of people. Leadership: with a focus on our people alongside performance and wellbeing/ Our products and the difference made all around the world

      Cons

      Still a little bit of presenteeism culture - but it's always good to catch-up with colleagues and friends Not a lot really, but still getting to know whether things will change with the new CEO
