Big company with good day 1 benefits, but lack of employee engagement should be more of a concern - Associate Category Manager Reckitt Employee Review

Pros

Competitive salary Good benefits (I think 4+ weeks PTO even for new hires) Brand names that people recognize and [mostly] like

Cons

Company is very focused on Walmart. Which might not be wrong to do, but had caused most other teams to deal with lack of engagement and decreased visibility if you aren't on that team. They pushed return-to-office quite hard, even for satellite locations whose retailer partnerships were not in-office. Little common sense involved there.

Pros

Feel that the pay is above market standard for similar roles.

Cons

Intense, cold, cut throat. Feel like when you speak with any employee they’re burnt out, Managment beyond demanding. High profile brands, don’t align with low end culture.
