Cons
Sometimes too much challenge is very stressing. Corporate code of conduct compliance is not being monitored at all and many people easily can act against the code of conduct and will not be punished. In fact there is no one to raise the issue with and you will be the one who is doing bad for raising the compliance issue like speaking in Polish language in an English speaking organization.
