      Pros

      This is a flexible organisation. They are also big on supporting their existing staff, giving them exposure to different parts of the organisation and also offering the opportunity to move countries if you are interested in it.

      Cons

      While it is flexible, the job is not easy. I'm sure it is the case with any FMCG company but you are driven hard to get results. You are well rewarded for doing so.

      Feel that the pay is above market standard for similar roles.

      Cons

      Intense, cold, cut throat. Feel like when you speak with any employee they’re burnt out, Managment beyond demanding. High profile brands, don’t align with low end culture.
