      -Motivated, smart co-workers -Results driven culture -Good bonus, good base -Summer Hours are a great perk -Established brands

      -Hard to get ideas through unless you're in a SBM role or have established tenure -Too hard to get ideas through the pipeline with all the input that comes from Corporate headquarters in the UK

      Feel that the pay is above market standard for similar roles.

      Cons

      Intense, cold, cut throat. Feel like when you speak with any employee they’re burnt out, Managment beyond demanding. High profile brands, don’t align with low end culture.
