Pros
There can be the potential to make career moves in such a large corporation, but these are not available in the past year because of all the changes. Some people have been able to make good moves in the past and maybe this will come back in the future.
Cons
Management is poor and doesn't seem capable to fix the underlying problems. The attitude is only to work harder and give more hours to your desk and hope that the problems go away. There is no direction from senior management and no vision to take forward the business.
