      Pros

      Pay because your here for 60 hrs a week

      Cons

      Two of the most lost ops managers running the show. If you are not part of their cool kids club you have to do everybody elses work. They don’t run the place to make money they run it like their own private club, its a joke. Long hours never see your family unless your off work. Trucks are junk, safety wise there is no safety ops mangers say they believe in safety but don’t ever inforce it.

      Pros

      Supportive coworkers, good employee owned company with opportunities to be promoted from within. Just have to put in your time and provide solid work results via leadership qualities and strong KPI performance.

      Cons

      Tough Union environment to work in, and management structure is a little chaotic and inconsistent. Need to be very flexible, because policy changes happen quickly and often.
