Cons
Long hours and added responsibilities with out added pay or title change. The more you are willing to do the more they will expect not holding any accountability from teammates or consideration of your personal life. Lack of communication and training is a huge negative factor along with constant software malfunctions .Pay increases are not performance based making it easy for some to get away with doing the bare minimum driving down the morale of others. Paying temporary employees the same wages as permanent workers regardless of job duties and or background experience is also disappointing driving down the motivation of the departments
